The Dunedin and Union Clubs met on tho Northern Ground this afternoon, when there were a large number of spectators present. In tho first spell Porteons potted two goals for the Union, and obtained a try near tho corner flag. The Dunedin played one man short, Stephenson not putting in an appearance, At half-time the score stood—Union 7 points, Dunedin nil. Result: Union 11 points, Dunedin 3.
