TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —In reply to Mr Vincent Pyke re Town Hall clock, I would respectfully inform him that he is laboring under some delusion. The Town Hall clock is and bos been striking correctly for months ’back. I presume he is confounding the bell in the Roman Catholic Cathedral with the bell of the Town Hall Clock, “So much for an ear.”—l am, etc., A. W. Macarthur. Dunedin, May 30.
