STOPPING A SURVEY.
AUCKLAND, Mat 16,
Mr Rochfort, while surveying the King Country, was stopped by Natives, who, headed by some half-castes, took possession of his instruments and stopped his party. Mr Rochfort came into Morrinsville to obtain the assistance of the police. The reason of the interference is disputed boundaries.
