THE LAMBTON LIBRARY.

TO THC EDITOR. SIB,-1 hail with pleasure the movement to establish a Lambton Library for the use of the business girls who avail of the Young Women’s Christian Association Rooms. It is decidedly in the line of the philanthropic life-work of our late townswoman, Miss Lambton. As one possessing an intimate knowledge of her good and noble life, it commends itself to me as the most appropriate and most useful of the several projects suggested to perpetuate the remembrance of her in the City, I herewith enclose my contribution of LI, and 1 ’hope yon will soon be able to report that the requisite amount has been made up,—l am, c, d.A.I. Dunedin, May 15. {We have received the subscription. — Ed. E.S.I
