Official Assignee in the estate of John Murdock Campbell v. Frederick Jones (Greymouth). Claim, L2 13s 6d, for groceries supplied. Mr Solomon for plaintiff.—Judgment by default. John Wright v. Alex. Wallace,—Claim, L 3 12s 6d, on a judgment summons. Mr Wilkinson, who appeared for plaintiff, said that judgment was given in 1886. Defendant did not appear,—Ordered to pay the debt by monthly instalments of 20s, in default three days’ imprisonment.
