The briijatitino Enterprise left tho Rattray street wharf this morning with cargo for Napier. Tho s hj. Invercargill left Dunedin wharf this afternoon for Invercargill »nd Stewart Wand The schooner Lizzie Ellen, with 27,000 ft of timbor, from Fortrose, arrived this morning and berthed at the head of the graving dock to discharge part cargo. She left Fortroso on the morning of tho 10th inst. with an easterly breeze, which held until the evening, when it veered to the northward, and was followed by S.W. and S.S.W. winds to arrival. 7T.M.8. corvette Opal took her departure this forenoon for the West Coast Sounds. The steamer Blderslie has nearly completed her loading for London, and is expected to sail on Thursday. The ship Hurunui waß hauled into the loading berth at the export pier this rmrning, and commenced to take in cargo for London. _ She Ins 28,588 carcasses of ehcep and lamhs in her freezing chambers. The barque Laira completed her loading yesterday, and is expected to sail to-morrow for London.
The passengers from the s 8. Doric will arrive by tho To Anau to-morrow. We may look for the arrival of the barque Alico Rpid, which left New York on October 22. now 113 days out. Tho Taupo, coal laden from Newcastle, arrived at tho Jetty street wharf at 7.30 a.m. to-day. She left Newcastle on the 6th inst., had variablo winds, with fine weather ; passed the Solanders at 8.30 a.m. on the 11th inst., and arrived as above. She sighted a fullrigged ship standing in for Foveaux Strait on Monday morning. The ketch Oatlin is loading at tho Jetty street wharf for Invercargill.
