The measure jtfpvided, pthfet things, that {iersons found guilty of using explosives for llegal purposes shall be liable to penal servitude for life, and conspirators or makers of dynaifiite and tHeir abettors to penal servitude for not niore tliah twenty nor less than t April 10. The Bill passed through both Houses to-day.
