[By Electric Telegraph. Copyright.j [Rbuter's Telegrams.] SUPPRESSION~OF DYNAMITE OUTRAGES. LONDON, April 7. (Received April 10,1883, at 1 p.m.) In the House of Commons to-day Sir William Harcourt announced that on Monday next he will propose certain stringent measures for the punishment of persons found guilty of dynamite outrages, and that he will ask that precedence be given to his proposals.
