Snrely the mismanagement on the part of the powers that bf* ( in of the »V>«t<» acotdent, ewnpled with the above remarks, will entitle the widow (Mrs Msyo) to a good substantial award as a deterence for negleqt of duty for not observing the nooessary precaution in order to avoid accidents. —I am, etc. Expositor.
