To the CITIZENS of DUNEDIN and Suburbs : In fulfilment of a promise made on the 9th September last, to a deputation of f itizens, THE PROPRIETOR of the Dunedin Gas Works has satisfaction in announcing that he is not only prepared to carry out his engagement, but to offer even more liberal inducements to and regular copsvwcvfl whp. will pay rates promptly.
