MAYOR’S COURT.
Tins Day. (Before His Worship the Mayor aud Captain Fraser, J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. The following persons were fined in the amounts stated for drunkenness: Mary Forbes, habitual drunkard, LlO, or three mouths’ imprisonment ; John Conner, hail forfeited; M. G. yibbins was discharged with a caution. OBSTRUCTING A THOROUGHFARE. John Stewart, charged with this offence, was dismissed with a caution. INFORMATIONS RV INSPECTOR NIMON. John Collar, allowing tine 3 horses to wander, -was fined 5s each ; Ah Poe, neglecting to clean his primises, 19s. INFORMATIONS BV THE TOWN BELT RANGER. George Yamm, two horses wandering, fined 5s for each ; Eqbept Cunningham, one horse wandering, 5s ; William Howard, two horses wandering, 5s each.
