BUTCHER LOSES £300
P.A. Thieves who broke into Westmere Butchery, Grey Lynn, last night, stole £300 in notes, the property of the proprietor, Mr. J. Crawley. The thieves entered by tearing away a sheet of gauze from a window at the rear of the shop. The money had been hidden under the counter.
