GESTAPO MAN FOR TRIAL IN NORWAY

LONDON, June 22
The Norwegian news agency says that the first member of the Gestapo to appear before a Norwegian court was committed for trial. He is Haupscharfuhrer Johann Arndt, who is charged with shooting prisoners of war, torturing Norwegians, and other crimes.
