The N.Z.R.S.A. conference today wholeheartedly approved identical remits from South Canterbury and Temuka "that in view of the oftrepeated statement that nothing is too good for our soldiers, the notice of the War Pensions Department be drawn to the poor class of accommodation provided for ex-servicemen attending sittings of the. War Pensions Appeal Board in various centres." Another remit approved was from Dunedin "that at all centres where pensions medical officers interview pensioners, adequate provision be made for suitable interviewing and waiting-rooms." .
