OPERATION UNDER ALLIED
%££. SUPERVISION - Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, June 8. Tlie first German High, Court established since the Allied occupation opened at Coblenz under the supervision of the Allied military government. The court, which consists of eight non-Nazi judges, will handle purely civiliani cases. The military government'will review all trials, and has povrefr fo set aside the findings and suspend, commute, reduce, or modify sentences. It cannot set aside verdicts of not guilty.
