ULTIMATUM TO ENEMY
Rec. 9 a.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 26. The Japanese holding out in three Government buildings in Manila have been given until daybreak today to surrender.
Five heavy underground explosions on the night of February 23 rocked Corregidor and indicated a further selfdestruction by the sealed-off Japanese.
