DUTY IN PACIFIC
Rec. 11 a.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 28. Mr. Carl Berendsen, New Zealand Minister to Washington, in a speech, urged that a real effort should be mada after the war to raise the living standards in the Orient and the Pacific Islands to Occidental standards. "That, in the Pacific," he. said, "is the white man's burden." It is share or fight." -
