Train services between Christchurch j-and Invercargill will be resumed tomorrow with the transhipment of pasisengers by bus over the part of the kime that has not /et been repaired. [Because of the bottleneck caused by (the buses, trains will not be able to [carry more than a fraction of the pasjsengers wishing to leave for the south. More trains will be run on Sunday, but jit will be some days before the full accumulation of passengers has been moved. The first train will leave Christchurch at 7.50 a.m., and will take passengers for south of Dunedin only. It will run to Ashburton, where passengers will change into buses and go to Studholme Junction, 60 miles away, to join another train. The Christchurch station gates Will be locked, and only passengers for south of Dunedin will be allowed on. No more than the buses will carry will be admitted. Another train will leave for Dunedin at 3 p.m. Again tlie gates will be locked, and no more than the buses will carry will be admitted. One tram will return to Christchurch with •nassengers from Dunedin.
