SOUTH AFRICANS COMING
Rec. 10 a.m. CAPE TOWN, Feb. 23. The Prime Minister, Field-Marshal Smuts, replying to a question in the Legislative Assembly, said that South African air and naval forces would be sent to the Far East war zone. Volunteers for continued service when the war ended in Europe would be given preference. .
