ATTACKED BY SOVIET
NEW RUMANIAN REGIME
. LONDON, February 22. Moscow radio interrupted a musical programme to broadcast a "Pravda" article making the first open attack in the Soviet Press on the Radescus Government in Rumania.
The article said that recent events indicated that, a political crisis was brewing. Popular efforts to democratise the country," liquidate all vestiges of the Antonescu regime, and carry out reforms had come up against the Radescu Government's undecided and often undemocratic policy.
"The Government .has been unable to establish solid order by democratic measures," the article said. "It clings to power and collaborates with Fascist elements of Antonescu's regime. The shadow of catastrophe looms over Rumania.
"Soviet public opinion cannot watch disinterestedly this struggle between democratic elements and Fascists. It is not- only a Rumanian internal affair. Hitlerite Germany is not yet crushed."
