PUBLIC SERVICE LEAVE
Amending regulations have been gazetted governing sifck leave and payment for sick leave in the Public Service and also the payment of lodging allowances when for reasons of departmental convenience an employee is stationed away from home-. Pay during sick leave of absence may be granted in accordance with a schedule ranging from an aggregate period of seven days on full pay for up to three months' service to an aggregate period of 365 days on full pay for over 30 years' service.
