MOTOR TRADE CONFERENCE
The annual meeting of the New Zealand Retail Motor Tyade Association (Inc.), held in Wellington last week, was attended by Dominion-wide representation. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr. J. G. Ingram (Nelson); vice-presidents, Messrs. G. W. Spragg (Auckland) and Mr. A. Walmsley (Invercargill); treasurer, Mr. C. R. Edmond (Wellington); auditor, Mr. A. B. Jennings (Palmerston North). The following is the Dominion executive: —Messrs. J. G. Ingram (Nelson), G. W. Spragg (Auckland), A. Walmsley (Invercargill), A. D. Tench (Christchurch), H. M. Alder (Auckland), W. M. King (Wellington), W. A. Nehoff (Auckland), P. Grnstein (Auckland), S. V. Turnbull (Christchurch), A. Dysart (Hastings), G. Fitzgerald (Wellington), F. G. Jolly (Palmerston North), J. K. McCahon (Dunedin), and R. Mortlock (Hawera). Chairmen of the section committees were elected as follows: —Garage section, Mr. P. Ornstein (Auckland); petrol section, Mr. W. M. King (Wellington); tyre section, Mr. H. M. Alder (Auckland); electrical j section, Mr. S. V. Turnbull (Christchurch); motor vehicle section, Mr. W. A. Nehoff (Auckland).
