OCEAN SWELL THE WINNER (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, June 17. Ocean Swell brought off a big surmise whou he won the New Derby Stakes. He is a homebred colt by Blue Peter from Jiffy, who goes back to the line from which the present Lord Rosebery's father bred many winners. It gave Lord Rosebery much satisfaction that his previous Derby winner, Blue Peter, should have been the successful sire.
