TWO-THIRDS "RESTRICTED" Rec. 1 p.m. . LONDON, April 5,

Approximately two-thirds of England's coastline is included in new "regulated" areas. The only unrestricted parts of the coast now are the coasts of Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, between Land's End and Portishead, and also part of the northeast coast between Horn sea and Berwick and the north-west coast from Chester to the Scottish border.
