CONGRESSMEN AS FIGHTERS
CONGRESSMEN AS FIGHTERS Rec. 12.45 p.m. RUGBY, Jan. 10. The President of the United States has informed the War and Navy Departments that the United States Constitution forbids members of Congress from simultaneously serving in legislature and also as active members of the armed forces. This is thought to imply that Congressmen who wish to serve in the armed forces must resign from Congress.—B.O.W.
