POLES DECORATED

LONDON, December 17. Four Polish generals were among the Allied officers receiving honorary decorations at a parade held by Sir Bernard Paget. Commander-in-Chief of the Home Forces. The Polish Major-General Kopanski received the C.B.E. and the D.S.O. "for [gallant and distinguished services to the Allied cause." Three other Polish generals received the C.8.E., and five Polish. colonels the C.B.E. The remaining decorations were eight C.B.E.s and four M.B.E.s. *
