Rec. 10.30 a.m. NEW DELHI, Sept. 15. "The campaigning season is just about to begin, so let us go to it," said Air Chief Marshal Sir Richard Pierse, Commander-in-Chief of the Air Forces in India. He added: "A very large air force has been built up in India! We have covered the face of India with airfields and great training establishments. We stand in battle array. The yellow, barbarous enemy has got to be exterminated."
