RUGBY, March 30.

A United States Navy communique says:—"ln the North Pacific Liberator and Mitchell bombers, escorted by Lightnings, attacked Japanese positions hi Kiska. A runway, a camp area, and installations were bombed and strafed. All the planes returned. "In the South Pacific, early in the morning of March 30, Flying Fortresses attacked a Japanese position at Vila, in the central Solomons, and Kahili, in the Shortlands. All the planes returned."—B.O.W.
