TUBE DISASTER
TRIBUTE TO PEOPLE'S COURAGE
LONDON, March 19.
A verdict of accidental death was returned by the jury at the inquest in London on the death of 173 victims of the recent tube shelter disaster.
Witnesses emphasised the complete absence of panic and paid high tribute to the courage of the trapped people and the devotion of the rescuers.
