The Postmaster-General (Mr. Wsbb) announces that for the convenience df Savings Bahk depositors wishing to invest in the Liberty Loan money at present lying to their credit in the Post Office Savings Bank, arrangements have been made at chief post offices for the transactions to be dealt with at the one counter. If both' the form of application for withdrawal from the Post Office Savings Bank and the application fpr investment in the Liberty Loan are presented together at the Chief Post Office, the .transfer, of the amount will be effected as one transar'-*-'""
