CYCLIST KILLED
TWO STRUCK BY VAN
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, September 25
A light delivery van collided with two cyclists at Epsom. One, Neville Rex Newby, aged 23, of Sandringham, was killed instantly and the other, Desmond Williams, was slightly injured. The van swerved on to two verandah posts and came to rest against a power pole. It was so badly damaged that it had to be towed away.
