Sir, —Please permit me, as a humble citizen, to record an emphatic protest against the addition of a timber, paper, and stucco addition to our otherwise fine Parliament Building. However large the welter of words that may be launched to excuse this, the present dire conflict surely does not justify such a sacrilege.—l am, etc.,
