LORDS ADOPT COAL SCHEME. London.—The House of Lords adopted the coal scheme. The conference did not endorse unofficial mine stoppages, and "sent ' a message to the men involved in stoppages that it was their • duty.. in this hour of the nation's need to continue working, pending negotiations.—U.P.A. NAZIS COLONISING. RUSSIA. Stockholm. —The Germans >• are planning to move 3,000,000 Dutch into the ."new German eastern districts," which were formerly part of Russia. The colonisation is being carried out under a "Dutch East Company."
