Unions Reverse Decision
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Unionists who previously had been told by their unions that thsy must not work today unless they received full award heliday payment were advised by radio early this morning that the decision had been reversed. Work in various manufacturing and other industries proceeded without interruption. The reversal of the decision followed last night's address by Mr. Webb, Minister of Labour, to a special general meeting of the Auckland Trades Council of the Federation of Labour.
