RIO DE JANEIRO, January 28
The Brazilian Foreign Minister, Senor Aranha, announced that the Border dispute between Peru and Ecuador has been settled, alter 125 years of litigation and fighting. Peruvian troops would be withdrawn from positions in the disputed area while the final terms were being worked out.
