CANADA'S ATTITUDE
MAY NOT TAKE A SEAT
OTTAWA, January 27.
The United Press says that informed quarters believe that will reject Mr. Winston Churchill's invitation to have a representative in the War Cabinet on the ground that it would not make for efficiency in the war effort. Informed quarters express the opinion that an Imperial War Cabinet would lead to serious possibilities of divided action.
