Promises to Russia

(Rec. noon.) LONDON, Nov. i 9. The Soviet spokesman, M. Lozovsky, said at a Press conference at Kuibyshev that England and America were faithfully executing the decisions of the Moscow Conference, and that the German hopes that the supply routes would not be available had been shattered. "Both countries," he said, "can deliver and are delivering regularly. The war will end only when the invaders are exterminated." Asked whether Russia would share the British attitude in the event of conflict between Japan and America, he said that the question was not one for a reply at a Press conference, but it was necessary to remember that the Soviet maintained its policy on the basis of the Russo-Japanese neutrality pact.

strange State religion,, with the Nazi conception as the dominant ideal and Christianity definitely excluded as something incompatible with the ''German Nordic mentality."
