AGREEMENT FOR USE OF DOCK

The Great Northern Railway announced that the Nippon Yusen Kaisha Line has signed a new ten-year agreement for the use of the x%ailway's dock Shipping circles interpret this as indicative of a belief that an amicable Far Eastern settlement is probable.
