THE. doctrine of the Trinity, like the doctrine of the immortality of the soul and other doctrines held in Christendom,- is not taught in the Bible. (2) THAT Jesus Christ is not j God ttie' Son, . . co-equal and co-eternal With the Father, but THE SON OP GOD, born of Mary and inheriting her Adamie "body of sin" (sinful flesh),, but in character a reflection of His eternal Father, "Emmanuel—God with, us." (Ghost) Is not a personal God at all, but God's invisible power which fills' universal space and by which God sees, knows, and performs all "and keeps all life in being. Thirdly, In Chapter 4:24, "God Is a .Spirit: and the*" that worship Him MUST^ worship Him In spirit and in truth." Well might we ponder this. In chapter 4:4 Jesus MUST needs go through Samaria, because a poor sinner needed His salvation, and, thank God, found it in Him. May some poor sinner do likewise.
