MR. CHURCHILL TO SPEAK

RUGBY, Sept. 7.

It is expected that Mr. Churchill will give the House of Commons a full review when Parliament debates the war situation after the summer recess. There have been significant developments on the Russian frontier since Mr. Churchill last addressed the Commons, and the coming conference , in Moscow to- further the British and American help to Russia is engaging much attention.—B.O.W.
