NEW YORK, Sept, 7.
The "New York. Herald Tribune* says that the profit-sharing L patent pooling agreements for dividing world markets in drugs which exist between I. G. Farbenindustrie, the German Dye Trust, and such American firms as Sterling Products and the Bayer Company, have been declared illegal in court actions.
