Mr. R. B. Reynolds has been appointed secretary-manager of the Civil Service Club in Wellington. He replaces Mr. W. H. Chittey, whoiias resigned after occupying the position for eleven years.
Mr. Reynolds resigned from the Civil Service in November, 1937. He en;tered the Post and Telegraph Depart-
ment in 1897 and held many-important positions in Dunedin, Christchurch, and Wellington. He was Inspector of Postal Branches from 1935 until the time of his retirement. For the past three years he has been secretary of the Wellington Bowling Club, and recently he has been-jengaged-bs: the
