POLISH AND BELGIAN GOLD
LONDON. May 20
The "Daily Telegraph" says the Vichy Government is holding Polish gold to the value of £50,000,000 at a place 120 miles south of Dakar, West Africa, and that Vichy is also gradually disposing of Belgian gold of a much greater value. The Polish Premier, General Sikorski, stated that the Belgian gold is being shipped to France, and it is expected that the Polish gold will soon follow.—U.P.A.
