We have occupied important heights and i taken many prisoners and much equipment." j While steadily closing in a semi-circle round Tepeleni, the Greeks are reported to have reached the suburbs of the town, but the Italian rearguard thrust them back to their former positions, the nearest of which is half a mile from the town. The Italians are preparing fortified lines in front of Valona, but are already withdrawing their stores and troops from Valona.
