TOKIO, December 13
The Tokio newspaper "Chugai Shogyo Shimpo" states that Japan may be compelled to utilise the Tripartite Pact to the fullest extent "if the United States does not change its present anti-Japan attitude, which, allegedly with Britain's co-operation, aims at the economic blockade of Japan."
