(Received December 16, 11 a.m.)
STOCKHOLM, December 15. The Oslo correspondent of the "Dagens Nyheter" states that the Germans and Italians intend, if they capture Norwegian ships sailing under control of the Nygaardsvold Cabinet, to use them for war purposes..
The Ole Jacob was recently taken to Japan. A German crew boarded the ship and sent the Norwegians home across Siberia.
