MR. J. P. KENNEDY NOT RESIGNING
LONDON, October 15,
President Rocpsevelt stated at his Press conference today that reports that Mr. Kennedy, the.United States Ambassador to Britain, would resign, were not true. '
In connection -with Lord Lothian, the British Ambassador to Washington, who left the tJhited States today by the Yankee Clipper, it is pointed out that he has not been Home for a year and consultations are desirable.

it be a recommendation from the board to the Department that the Department make provision for radio broadcasts to . schools ;by persons specially equipped to interpret the importance of current eveints and , the contributions that are being made towards them by the various defence forces and other elements.
