AIR FORCE CASUALTIES

The following casualties to New Zealand members of the Royal Air Force were advised today:— Pilot Officer 'Douglas Stewart Johnston, missing and believed killed, as result of air accident. Son of Mr. G. Johnston, Waima, Hokianga, Auckland. Pilot Officer Samuel James Millen, missing as result of aircraft accident. Son of Mr. S. G. A. Millen, 15 Main North Road, Wanganui, and Mrs. S. Nicholson, 22 Gleneldon, Streatham, London, SWI6.
