MESSAGE BY HITLER
"SURE OF VICTORY."
GERMAN JUBILATION
HAPPY FUTURE AFTER WAR

LONDON, June 10. Hitler telegraphed to the King of
Italy:—
"PYovidence has willed that, against our intentions, we are compelled to defend the freedom and future of our peoples .against England and France. We' are sure of victory, after which the vital rights of our nations will be secure for all time."
Hitler also sent a lengthy and cordial telegram to Mussolini assuring him of indissoluble community in arms.
The German -Foreign Minister, Herr yon Ribbentrop, stated:—"Germany is jubilant to hear that Italy has decided of her own free will to join Germany. Only after victory will a happy future be possible— victory guaranteed by the indomitable might of our peoples and the great friendship of our leaders."
