The Norwegian High Command announced that, the Germans attempted a landing in central Norway and that several transports were sunk and the landed forces were surrounded.
It adds that the Norwegians have advanced their positions north of Narvik.
The German news agency states that the Germans'captured 300, mostly English, at Mosjon. The German troops at Narvik are said to be maintaining
their positions.
The German Air Commander in Norway declared that German action in Norway had ended as far as England was concerned, and Germany was free to release strong air units for fresh tasks.
Stockholm reports that German transports are taking back troops from Oslo and that one was mined and sunk in Ore Sund and that another grounded but was refloated.
